【摘要】 目的 探索阿米福汀在头颈部癌化疗中预防或减轻急性毒副反应的疗效。方法 选择适合化疗的晚期头颈部癌患者的病例，将病例分为对照组与观察组，观察组每次化疗前0.5h予静脉滴注阿米福汀，对照组各化疗疗程不予阿米福汀。2个疗程后，对比观察组与对照组3级以上口腔粘膜炎及观察组与对照组3级以上骨髓毒性的发生率。结果 上述观察指标采用SAS8.0经X2检验，差异有显著性，P均<0.05。结论 阿米福汀在头颈部癌患者化疗中可能起保护正常细胞作用。
