【摘要】 目的 探讨反角度CT扫描技术中扫描线的倾角问题及其称呼问题，确定一种能适用于各种椎体的扫描定位方法。方法 将30例X线诊断椎弓崩裂患者随机分为三组，分别应用不同的扫描方法进行扫描，将扫描结果进行研究、对比、分析。结果 以上关节凹与棘突连线为扫描基线组对椎弓显示最完整、全面。结论 应以上关节凹与棘突连线为椎弓反角度CT扫描的扫描基线。反角度CT扫描应称为椎弓冠状位扫描。
