【摘要】 目的 介绍一种适合较严重开放性和(或)粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的治疗方法。方法 本组72例开放性和(或)粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的病例，采用有限内固定加外固定支架固定的方法治疗。结果 26例(36%)达到解剖复位，其余基本达到解剖复位，66例随访9～22个月，平均11个月，按Johner-Wruhs评分标准:优61例，良5例。结论 有限内固定加外固定支架是治疗较严重的开放性和(或)粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的较好方法之一。
