【摘要】 目的 对加替沙星有关物质进行结构分析。方法 用液相色谱和液质联用仪进行分离和分析。结果 加替沙星在酸碱条件下产生的有关物质均为不稳定的基团羧基、哌嗪基和甲氧基造成。结论 在生产中严格控制酸碱度和温度，保证产品质量。
