【摘要】 目的 研究姜黄素对白血病耐药细胞HL ₆₀ /ADR多药耐药的逆转作用。方法 应用MTT法检测药物对细胞的细胞毒作用;流式细胞仪检测细胞内药物浓度。结果 姜黄素能降低ADR对HL ₆₀ /ADR细胞的IC ₅₀ ，提高ADR在细胞内的浓度。结论 姜黄素能部分逆转HL ₆₀ /ADR细胞的多药耐药。

    Reversal effect of curcumin on HL ₆₀ /ADR cell line

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reversal effect of curcumin on HL ₆₀ /ADR cell line.Methods The cytotoxic effect of chemotherapeutic agents wasstudied by MTT;the fluorescence intensity of ADR was assayed by flow cytometry.Results Curcumin decreased the IC ₅₀ of ADR in HL ₆₀ /ADR cells and increased the intracellular concen_ˉtration of ADR.Conclusion Curcumin can reverse multidrug resistance of HL ₆₀ /ADR cell line partly.
