【摘要】 艾滋病毒载量测定已经成为检测病毒、评价病情进展和探讨发病机理以及疾病治疗的重要工具。本文主要描述了三种应用最为广泛的HIV-1核酸检测方法:逆转录酶链反应(RT-PCR/Amplicor TM HIV-1Monitor Test)基于核酸序列的扩增反应(NASBA/NucliSens TM HIV-1QTTest)，以及枝状DNA技术(Quantiplex TM HIV-1RNA Test)。
