【摘要】 目的 比较高血压脑出血两种不同治疗方法的差异。方法 将收治的高血压脑出血169例患者随机分为两组(内科组和微创组)进行比较。结果 微创组中的近期优良率(50%)和远期良好率(42.5%)高于内科组的近期优良率(26.3%)和远期良好率(10.1%);微创组病死率(31.5%)明显低于内科组(65.8%)。结论 微创置管手术较内科治疗能显著改善高血压脑出血轻、中重型病人的预后，降低高血压脑出血病人的病死率和病残率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage with two different modus.Methods 169patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage was randomly divided into two groups:minimally invasion group(n=83);medical group(n=86).Results The near term choiceness rate(50%)and long-dated favorable rate(42.5%)in minimally invasion group;the near term choiceness rate(26.3%)and long-dated favorable rate(10.1%)in medical group;there was a very significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion minimally invasion treatment may enhance the prognosis of the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage ......
