【摘要】 目的 探讨Madigan前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的手术适应证的选择。方法 回顾性分析76例有症状的BPH患者行Madigan前列腺切除术的临床资料。术后随访2～38个月。结果 54例尿道完整，22例尿道破裂。术中出血100～600ml，平均200ml，均未输血。手术时间90～140min，平均105min。IPSS由术前平均26.7分降至术后平均6.6分;Q max 由术前平均7.8ml/s至术后平均18.5ml/s，尿道狭窄2例、轻度尿失禁5例。结论 正确选择适应证是Madigan前列腺切除术成功的关键。
