【摘要】 目的 探讨温度、硫酸浓度对罗红霉素制剂溶出度测定结果的影响。方法 选用双因子交叉实验设计，采用紫外分光光度法测定，运用统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果 不同的温度和硫酸溶液浓度对罗红霉素溶液吸光度有显著影响(P<0.05);两者对吸光度的影响存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。不同厂家的硫酸试剂对罗红霉素制剂溶出度的测定结果也有影响。结论 罗红霉素制剂溶出度测定建议选用浓度为(75→100)的硫酸溶液，在60℃水浴中显色30min为宜。
