【摘要】 目的 探讨反角度CT扫描技术在实际工作中的应用价值，提高对反角度CT扫描技术的认识。方法 对12例腰腿痛患者行腰椎常规CT扫描和反角度CT扫描椎弓。结果 经反角度扫描12例共36个椎弓均可显示由椎体、椎弓根、椎弓峡部、椎板及棘突构成的骨性椎管。反角度CT扫描诊断椎弓崩裂8例11个椎弓，在3例椎体滑脱中发现1例为假性滑脱;腰椎常规CT扫描诊断椎间盘突出5例、崩椎弓裂5例7个椎弓。结论 反角度CT扫描有较高的临床应用价值，可作为椎弓的常规CT扫描方法，是对常规CT扫描的重要补充。
