【摘要】 目的 研究紫杉醇对SMMC-7721肝癌细胞、HCCC-9910胆管癌细胞自分泌运动因子(autocrine motility facˉtor，AMF)表 达的影响，探讨紫杉醇抑制肿瘤细胞运动可能的机制。方法 RT-PCR测定AMF在SMMC-7721及HCCC-9910细胞中的表达。RT-PCR半定量测定不同浓 度紫杉醇作用后SMMC-7721及HCCC-9910细胞AMF/β-actin值。结果 RT-PCR检测出在SMMC-7721、HCCC-9910细胞中AMF均有表达。不同浓度泰素 处理24h后，对SMMC-7721、HCˉCC-9910细胞进行AMF/β-actinRT-PCR结果半定量分析，AMF表达水平随着紫杉醇浓度增加而下降。结论 AMF在 SMMC-7721、HCCC-9910细胞均有表达，紫杉醇对AMF的表达有抑制作用。
