【摘要】 目的 探讨高能聚焦超声联合化疗恶性实体瘤的临床疗效及耐受性。方法腹盆腔各种进展实体瘤102例，化疗的同时应用FEB-BYO2型高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机治疗。完成治疗后1～3个月随访，评价疗效。结果 显效40.19%，有效51.96%，无效7.84%。疼痛完全缓解58.69%，部分缓解21.74%，无效19.58%。所有患者未发现明显副作用。结论 高能聚焦超声联合化疗治疗腹盆腔进展期恶性肿瘤是一种完全有效的治疗方法。
