【摘要】 目的 研究火把花根片治疗肾病综合征的疗效。方法 99例病人随机分成组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ，分别以火把花根片和强的松治疗，疗程2年，观察药物疗效和副作用。结果 组Ⅰ完全缓解率和总有效率分别为50.9%和80.4%，与组Ⅱ比较差异无显著性;治疗早期，组ⅠScr平稳下降，而组Ⅱ则呈一过性升高;火把花根片常见的副作用为胃肠道反应和白细胞减少，它无应激性溃疡和向心性肥胖等严重副作用，对人体免疫防御能力影响较小。结论 火把花根片治疗肾病综合征疗效与强的松相似，副作用少且轻，治疗早期对肾功能无不良影响，尤其适用于肾功能有轻度损害的肾病综合征。
