【摘要】 目的 了解男性生殖道感染细菌情况及占感染数80%以上的细菌种类，为该类感染制备快速培养基及药敏条而奠定基础。方法 将男性生殖道感染病人的标本接种在血培养基上，细菌做生化及其他鉴定。结果 473名感染者中，革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性球菌、革兰阳性杆菌、革兰阴性杆菌及霉菌分别为:278例(58.77%)、141例(29.81%)、42例(8.88%)、8例(1.69%)、4例(0.85%)。二种以上混合感染占13%。细菌种类为20种以上，77.80%为葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。结论 男性生殖道感染主要菌种为葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌，二种菌占感染人数的近80%。可依据该结果制备相关培养基及药物的快速药敏板。
