【摘要】 目的 探讨丙种球蛋白联合西咪替丁治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果。方法 回顾分析了182例小儿秋季腹泻的治疗过程。结果 治疗组有效率为97.8%，对照组有效率为66.7%，P<0.05。结论 在常规抗病毒的基础上加用丙种球蛋白和西咪替丁可明显提高小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。
