【摘要】 目的 探讨nm23-H ₁ 基因在鼻咽癌的表达与肿瘤浸润及颈淋巴结转移和临床分期的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测127例鼻咽癌组织中nm23-H 1 基因表达。结果 原发病灶局限者nm23-H 1 表达(92.0%)显著高于病灶有周围组织浸润者(42.9%)(P<0.01)，无颈淋巴结转移者表达(69.7%)显著高于有颈淋巴结转移者(33.3%)(P<0.01)，Ⅰ、Ⅱ期表达显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期表达(P<0.01)。结论 nm23-H ₁ 基因在抑制肿瘤转移与病变发展上起着极其重要的作用，是临床判断转移、复发及估计预后极其重要的客观指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship among the expression of nm23-H 1 gene in human NPC with the infiltration，neck lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.Methods The expression of nm23-H 1 gene in127cases human NPC was studied with SP immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive expression rate of nm23-H 1 in only local primary tumor is much more high than primary infiltrating tumor(P<0.01).The positive expresˉsion rate of nm23-H 1 in cases without neck lymph node metastasis is much more high than with neck lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion nm23-H 1 play important role in confining neck lymph node metastasis and priˉmary tumor infiltration of NPC.Nm23-H 1 expression may serve as criterions of metastasis and prognosis of NPC. ......
