【摘要】 目的 探讨脐带缠绕与羊水过少的关系。方法 将住院待分娩2085例产妇按羊水过少、羊水量正常分两组，评价脐带缠绕与羊水过少的关系及对羊水性状、围产儿预后的影响。结果 在84例羊水过少中，脐带缠绕33例(占39.29%);而正常羊水量1993例，脐带缠绕259例(占12.95%)。羊水过少与羊水量正常的脐带缠绕差异有显著性(P<0.001)。在84例过少羊水中，羊水粪染32例，脐带缠绕伴羊水粪染17例，差异有显著性(P<0.001)。在33例脐带缠绕中，发生胎儿窘迫8例，新生儿窒息7例;无脐带缠绕中的51例，发生胎儿窘迫4例，无1例发生新生儿窒息。差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论 脐带缠绕可以是导致羊水过少的原因之一，脐带缠绕可致羊水粪染发生率增高，脐带缠绕与围产儿预后有关。
