【摘要】 目的 建立昆明鼠实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎模型,为研究多发性硬化的免疫病理机制及实验性治疗的研究提供实验依据。方法 用不同剂量同源脊髓匀浆皮下注射致敏昆明鼠制作模型,观察比较不同剂量诱导发病的临床表现及病理结果。结果 各组小鼠均有一定程度的发病,病理有血管周围细胞浸润和脱髓鞘表现。结论 用同源脊髓匀浆加福氏佐剂间隔1周2次皮下注射可以成功诱导昆明鼠实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎,在0.5~100mg的剂量水平之间,病情与诱导免疫剂量不存在线性关系。关键词 实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 昆明鼠 动物模型

【Abstract】 Objective To establish experiemental autoimmune encephalomyelitis model in Kunming mice.In order to provide the experimental value for research on the immunopathology and experimental therapy in MS.Methods Kunming mice we
re challenged subcutaneously with syngeneic spinal cord homogenate,and observed for clinical score and pathological manifestation.Results EAE presented in each group.Lymphocytes and mononucleocytes infilˉtraton was found to distribute around small blood vessels on HE stained slices.Small demyelinating plaques were seen on Bielschowsky sliver impregnation stained slices.Conclusion SSCH challenge can effectively induce EAE in Kunˉming mice.No combination was found between induction dose and clinical severity in the first part of this study. ......
