    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of the endothelial cell culture of the radial artery and the saphenous vein undergoing coronary artery bypass through cell cultivation，in order to offer the important methods of reˉsearching the endothelial cell outside the body.Methods Utilize excess graftsof coronary artery bypass and use0.1%collagenase-2digest them，and then cultivate and generate the endothelial cell.Its growth was observed by invert microscope.UseⅧR:Ag and electron microscope to judge the endothelial cell.Results There is the antibody ofⅧ-R:Ag and the Weibel-Palade body in the cell plasm of the endothelial cell of the radial artery and the saphenous vein undergoing coronary artery bypass.The cell cultivated was confirmed the endothelial cell.Conclusion The enˉdothelial cells cultivation of the radial artery and the saphenous vein undergoing coronary artery bypasss is feasible and can become the cell model of the basic and clinical research. ......
