【摘要】 目的 探讨低出生体重儿及并发症。方法 收集我院妇产科20年低出生体重儿1417例资料进行相关分析。结果 低出生体重儿中早产724例占51.1%，足月693例占48.9%。出生体重<1500g者105例占7.4%，1500～2000g者280例占19.8%，2000g以上者1032例占72.8%。结论 新生儿体重越低发病率及病死率越高，随着孕周增长，低体重儿发病率及病死率明显下降。
