【摘要】 目的 检测环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2)在不同膀胱癌细胞系中的表达，探讨COX-2与膀胱肿瘤发生发展及多药耐药的关系。方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)和免疫细胞化学方法检测三种人膀胱癌细胞系(T24、BIU-87、BIU-87/A)和正常膀胱组织中COX-2mRNA和蛋白的表达状况。结果 T24、BIU-87/A膀胱癌细胞系中有COX-2mRNA及蛋白的表达，而正常膀胱组织和BIU-87细胞无表达。其中T24表达较强，耐药细胞株BIU-87/A表达较弱。结论 COX-2在不同膀胱癌细胞系中的表达提示其可能在膀胱肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用;COX-2在耐药细胞BIU-87/A中的表达较相应的敏感细胞株增强，提示COX-2可能与膀胱癌多药耐药的产生有关。
