【摘要】 目的 探讨下颌磨牙残根残冠桩核冠修复的方法及临床远期疗效观察，并评价该方法的效果。方法 选择临床上建议拔除的下颌磨牙残根残冠83例136牙单位，经完善的根管治疗后0.5～1个月无症状，进行桩核冠修复。结果复后3～5年复查，有效率89.84%，无效率10.16%，效果满意。结论 下颌磨牙残根残冠在正确掌握适应证前提下，经完善的牙髓及根管治疗后，牙根桩核冠修复可以保存较长时间，操作简便易行，修复体稳固性好，恢复咀嚼功能好，舒适，避免和减少了磨牙区残根残冠的拔除。不失为一种确实可行的修复方法。
