【摘要】 目的 总结报告不同类型皮瓣修复足部皮肤缺损的疗效。方法 根据皮肤缺损的部位，应用不同类型的外科皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损61例，其中带蒂逆行岛状皮瓣37例，吻合血管的游离皮瓣24例。结果 2例皮瓣远端部分坏死;创面Ⅰ期愈合58例，Ⅱ期愈合3例。随访6个月～2年，足部功能及外形恢复良好。结论 应用不同类型外科皮瓣修复足部皮肤缺损，其质地外形良好，根据皮肤缺损的部位及创面大小，正确选择皮瓣，防止和处理血管危象的发生是取得良好疗效的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and report of therapeutic effect of different types of repair of skin flap in skin defects of foot region.Methods Different types of surgical skin flap repairing in soft tissue defects of foot region were applied in61cases according to the location of skin defects，with37cases of pedicled reverse island flap and24cases of free skin flap in vascular anastomosis.Results Necrosis occurred in the distal part of skin flap in2cases.Wound surface in58cases had stageⅠhealing and3cases had stageⅡhealing.The6-month to2-year follow-ups showed that the recovery of function and exterior of the foot region was excellent.Conclusion Application of different types of surgical skin flap repairing in skin defects of foot region has given excellent quality and exterior result.The key of obtaining good therapeutic effect is to correctly select skin flaps and to prevent and treat vascular crisis according to the location and size of wound surface of skin defects.
