【摘要】 目的 讨论预防性减张缝合技术(prophylactic tention suture，PTS)的临床效果。方法 回顾分析我科1993年7月～1998年6月未开展PTS480例以及1998年7月～2003年6月开展PTS562例腹部手术切口的感染、液化、裂开、切口疝等切口并发症的发病情况，并对数据进行X 2 检验。结果 PTS组和nonPTS组感染、液化情况;裂开和切口疝发生情况差异均有极显著性;近5年组和前5年组感染、液化情况;裂开和切口疝发生情况差异均有极显著性。结论 积极应用PTS可防止腹部切口裂开，减少切口并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective Evaluate the prophylactic tension suture(PTS)effect in clinic.Methods Analysis the patients receive PTS from1998Jul to2003Jun562cases and others without PTS from1993Jul to2003Jun480cases retrospectively.The wound infection，liquefaction，dehiscence and incisional hernia were statistic tested.Results All the parameters have significant difference between groups.Conclusion PTS is an effective method to reduce wound complications，prevent incision dehiscence and hernia.
