【摘要】 目的 探讨雌激素受体的不同亚型(ERα、β)及人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈病变中的相互作用及其对宫颈病变的影响。方法 应用免疫组化两步法检测ERα/β亚型及HPV16-L1/E7蛋白在66例不同程度宫颈病变组织中的表达。结果 在宫颈癌组中，HPV16-L1(-)/HPV16-E7(+)者及ERβ阳性率高于非宫颈癌组，差异有显著性(P=0.019和P=0.029)，并且HPV的表达状态与ERβ的表达相关。结论 ERβ可能通过影响HPV在宿主细胞中的感染状态对宫颈病变的发展起一定影响。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and interaction between the two isoforms of the ER and HPV16in cervical lesions.Methods The immunohistochemistry method was used to study the expression ofαandβisoforms of ER and HPV16-L1/E7in66cases including chronic inflammation，atypical hyperplasia and invasive canˉcer of cervix.Results There were more ERβpositive cases and HPV16-L1(-)/HPV16-E7(+)cases in the carcinoma group(P=0.019and P=0.029)，and the states of HPV expression was closely related to whether ERβpositive or not.Conclusion ERβmaybe affect the progression of cervical lesions by determining the infection state of HPV. ......
