【摘要】 目的 探讨CT在鞍区肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 33例经手术和病理证实的鞍区肿瘤病人，对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 垂体瘤20例，颅咽管瘤8例，脑膜瘤3例，CT表现具有特征性，术前诊断正确率较高。星形细胞瘤和生殖细胞瘤各1例，CT表现为鞍区实性肿块，其中1例误诊。结论 CT扫描，尤其是二维图像重建技术(冠状、矢状)可显示鞍区肿瘤的内部特征、生长方式、侵犯范围及其与周围血管的关系，对准确诊断鞍区肿瘤有重要价值。
