【摘要】 目的 观察续断对去势大鼠骨量和血清胰岛素样生长因子(Insulinlike Growth Factor-Ⅰ，IGF-Ⅰ)等指标的影响。方法 12月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(OVX)、雌激素对照组(OVX+E)、续断1、2、3组(OVX+X1、X2、X3)，卵巢切除后7天开始给药，术前和3个月后2次检测骨量，然后处死大鼠，检测血清IGF-Ⅰ、ALP、Ca和P。结果 空白对照组实验前后骨量显著减少，雌激素对照(倍美力)组和续断2、3组的骨量显著高于空白对照组;续继1、2、3组血清IGF-Ⅰ均显著高于空白对照组和雌激素对照组;实验后各组ALP、Ca和P比较差异无显著性。结论 续断有效防止卵巢切除大鼠骨的丢失可能与其增加IGF-Ⅰ的表达有关，可用于骨质疏松的防治。
