【摘要】 目的 探讨妇科手术同时伴腹壁整形手术的安全有效的手术方法及优缺点、适应证、并发症。方法 妇科手术同时行腹壁整形手术共30例，选择适当的手术切口手术操作方法、手术适应证，及防止并发症发生。结果 所有病例均获满意疗效，无明显并发症的发生。结论 手术方法得当，于妇科手术同时行腹壁整形手术安全有效，效果满意。
