【摘要】 目的 探讨前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy，SLNB)在乳腺癌外科中的临床应用，摸索其可行性及准确性。方法 术前肿瘤周围或活检腔周围皮下注射 99 mTc标记的硫化体，术前及术中γ-探测仪进行SLN定位并检测其放射性记数。行乳腺癌根治术或改良根治术。术后对SLN和腋窝淋巴结清扫(axillary lymph node dissection，ALND)的病理结果进行分析。结果 术前及术中γ-探测仪检测SLN准确率为95.8%。结论 SLNB是乳腺癌治疗中实用的新技术，但技术规范仍有较多争议。
