【摘要】 目的 对三类新鲜重度胫腓骨骨折治疗进行分析，获得对复杂类型骨折更深的认识。方法 本组126例，共157例，包括Gustilo分类Ⅱ度以上的开放骨折和复杂类型闭合性骨折131例，非内固定手术治疗12例，Ⅰ期截肢术5侧，根据骨折情况选择不同手术，闭合性骨折34侧，开放骨折80侧。处理组织损伤并发症49侧。结果 126例患者平均住院时间31.3d，出院达到规定治愈标准，定期复查，142侧患肢随访平均6.3月，取内固定物98侧，发生骨不连7侧，骨不愈合率4.93%。结论 对新鲜重度胫腓骨骨折，应术前分析病情，注意并发症，合理选择治疗方案，达到经济的最佳治疗目的。
