【摘要】 目的 探讨胃癌患者血清TNF-α、IL-6的水平变化及临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法测定35例胃癌患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平，并与正常对照组比较。结果 胃癌患者TNF-α、IL-6水平明显升高(P<0.01)，并与肿瘤分期有关，肿瘤切除后血清TNF-α、IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 胃癌患者细胞免疫功能紊乱，TNF-α、IL-6水平增高可能与其发生、发展有关，并可作为病情判断及疗效的观察指标。
