【摘要】 目的 探讨肿瘤标志物阳性病人与 18 F-FDG SPECT显像对比研究的临床价值。方法 32例肺癌、4例胰腺癌、7例肝癌和2例卵巢癌病人，禁食8h以上，静脉注射296MBq18F-FDG分别于45min后显像，采集胸、腹部符合线路图像。结果 32例肺癌血清CYFRA211为(28.3±10.4)ng/ml，与正常人比较，P<0.001， 18 F-FDG SPECT显像阳性率分别为87.5%，如两者联合检测则阳性率分别为93.7%。4例胰腺癌血清CA199为337.1U/ml，7例肝癌AFP为481.8ng/ml和2例卵巢癌血清CA125为200.1U/ml。结论 18F-FDG符合线路显像与肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌或胰腺癌、肝癌及卵巢癌的诊断，具有一定的临床价值。

    A comparative study on tumor markers positive patients with 18 F-FDG SPECT imaging

    【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical application on tumor markers positive patients with 18 F-FDG SPECT imaging.Methods 32patients with lung cancer，4patients with pancreatic cancer，7patients with hepatocarcinoma and2patients with ovarian cancer were collected thoracal and abdominal coincidence imaging with2ual-head coinciˉdence SPECT after fasting more than8h and Venojection296MBq 18 F-FDG.Results The serum CYFRA211levels of32patients with lung cancer were28.3±10.4ng/m.Their levels were significantly different than those levels in normal controls(P<0.001).Their 18 F-FDG SPECT imaging positive rate were87.5%.The positive rate of both combining determination with tumor markers were93.7%.The serum CA199levels of4patients with pancreatic canˉcer were337.1U/ml ......
