【摘要】 目的 探讨增殖性肾小球肾炎(PGN)患者外周血β ₂ 整合素(CD11a，CD11b)、L-选择素(CD62L)的表达，了解它们在PGN发病中的作用机制。方法 采用流式细胞技术检测32例PGN患者外周血CD11a、CD11b表达情况。结果 PGN患者外周血CD11a、CD11b明显低于正常(P<0.05)，而CD62L显著升高。结论 PGN患者外周血的β ₂ 整合素，L-选择素存在异常，提示CD11a、CD11b、CD62L在PGN的发病中可能具有一定的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression ofβ 2 adhesion molecule integrins(CD11a，CD11b)L-selectins(CD62L)in Proliferative Glomerulonephritis(PGN)patients and their roles in the pathogenesis of PGN.Methods CD11a、CD11b、CD62L expression in blood of PGN patients(n=32)were investignlated by flow cylomeˉtry methods.Results In PGN the CD11a、CD11b expression in blood were significantly lower and the CD62L expresˉsion in blood were markedly higher than in normal humans.Conclusion The expression of CD11a、CD11b、CD62L are abnormal in PGN and apoptosis may play certain role in the pathogenesis of PGN. ......
