【摘要】 目的 观察芪月降脂片治疗大鼠高脂血症及相关指标的作用。方法 制备wistar大鼠高脂模型，给予不同剂量的芪月降脂片，观察用药后实验动物的血脂和肝脏脂质、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果 (1)芪月降脂片能降低实验性高脂模型大鼠血清中的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、动脉硬化指数(AI)水平，提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。(2)芪月降脂片降低高脂模型大鼠脏脏的TC、TG水平以及肝脏MDA的含量。结论 芪月降脂片对Wistar大鼠实验性高脂血症有明显的治疗作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutical effect of Qiyue jiangzhi tablet on Wistar rats with experimenˉtal hyperlipemia.Methods Animal model of Wistar rats with experimental hyperlipemia were given different dosages of Qiyue jiangzhi table and the changes of serum lipid concentrations MDA were observed after drug treatment.Results (1)Qiyue jiangzhi tablet can decrease TC、TG、LDL-C、AI and increase HDL-C in serum of Wistar rats with exˉperimental hyperlipemia.(2)Qiyue jiangzhi tablet decreaseTC、TG and MDA in liver of Wistar rats with experimental hyperlipemia.Conclusion Qiyue jiangzhi tablet has obvious therapeutic effect on Wistar rats with experimental hyˉperlipemia.Key words Qiyue jiangzhi tablet hyperlipidemia antilipemic agent ......
