【摘要】 目的 探讨根治性全膀胱切除，去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术对肾功的影响。方法 原位新膀胱术后，定期复查血常规，尿常规，血生化，监测肾功能的变化。结果 28例根治性全膀胱切除术患者，测定术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月血Cr，BUN，CO 2 CP，Cl - ，Hb。结论 根治性全膀胱切除去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术对肾脏功能影响小。
