【摘要】 目的 评价子宫动脉栓塞联合体外高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 采用Seldinger’s插管方法对12例子宫肌瘤患者行双侧子宫动脉栓塞，术后1年行体外高强度聚焦超声治疗，观察治疗后症状改变，测定治疗后肌瘤缩小情况、血流动力学改变、性激素水平改变。结果 术后随防6～34个月，平均(12.5±5.5)个月。HIFU治疗后月经增多、经期延长、贫血、尿频、下腹坠胀等症状得到了明显的改善;治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月瘤体缩小的有效率分别为75%、91.7%、91.7%、100%;性激素水平治疗前后比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 子宫动脉栓塞联合体外高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤疗效明显，创伤小，痛苦少，并发症少，是一种安全、有效且无创的肿瘤治疗技术。
