【摘要】 目的 讨论胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的手术方式及疗效。方法 总结本院1999年4月～2004年6月53例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术治疗的资料及随访结果。结果 单纯缝合修补46例，病灶局部切除缝合1例，胃大部切除6例。随访34例，复查胃镜溃疡愈合31例，未愈3例。结论 胃十二指肠穿孔的手术治疗以单纯缝合修补为主，术后正规药物治疗效果满意。
