【摘要】 目的 探讨压缩空气致大肠损伤(colorectal injury by compressed air，CICA)对机体的影响及诊治方法。方法 就1 例CICA病人的诊治情况结合文献做回顾性分析。结果 该病人经手术治愈。结论 病史对CICA的诊断重要;及时的腹穿减压是挽救生命的关键;压缩空气所致的大肠局部损伤可按常规处理，但如存在浆肌层广泛剥离等影响大肠传输功能时，应适当缩短结肠，使肠内容排出容易。
