【摘要】 本文分析了医院管理层现有的分配制度及存在的问题,并针对性地提出了改革的方向和建议。调查结果显示:医院管理者的所得与工作成绩联系不大,多数以平均奖的形式发放;技术职称参与分配的比例较大;医院管理者对现有的工资水平的满意度较低。针对上述问题,本文提出了以岗位工资制、年薪制等为代表的分配制度以弥补现有分配制度的不足。关键词 分配制度 医院管理者 激励 约束

【Abstract】 This article analyzed the distribution system for administrative managers of hospital and the existing roblems,accordingly brought forward measures and suggestions of reform.The study showed that the relation between hospital managers’earnings and their achievement was not apparent,and the flexible earnings was distributed averageˉly.The technical post of administrative managers was an important influence factor of distributing fixed earnings.The satisfaction with earnings was low.So we put forward the system of payment for post or paying yearly to overcome the shortage of nowadays distribution system.
