【摘要】 目的 观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉临床效果。方法 28例(28眼)复发性翼状胬肉患者接受自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗，随访3个月～4年。结果 27眼治愈，1眼复发，复发率4%。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉是一种有效的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of autologus limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatˉment of recurrent pterygium.Methods 28cases(28eyes)of recurrent pterygium were performed autologuslimbalstemcelltransplantation and were followed up for3months to4years.Results 27eyes were healed and1eyes reˉcurred(4%).Conclusion Autologus limbal stem cell transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of reˉcurrent pterygium.
