【摘要】 目的 采用定期和不定期的两种检查方法对临床护理质量跟踪，探讨有效地提高护理质量的管理方法。方法 对某附属医院的四个临床科室进行每月定期护理质量大检查和不定期的护理质量检查两种方法，统一使用《四川省中医药管理局医院评审标准》评分，做统计学处理。结果 两种检查方法基础护理、病房管理、护理技术操作差异具有显著性，P<0.05。消毒隔离和护理文件书写无差异，P>0.05。结论 主张护理部进行不定期的检查，这样能有效地提高护理质量。
