【摘要】 随着我国改革开放的进一步深入和加入WTO，医疗卫生系统的对外交流日趋频繁，国际间的学术活动和科学技术合作项目越来越多。医院外事工作应充分利用其优势、职能及特殊性，将实际工作与改革开放和医院建设相结合，全方位、多层次地为医院的整体工作服务。关键词 外事工作 医院管理

【Abstract】 With the deepening of its policy of reform and opening to the outside world，and especially after its entry to the WTO，China has sitnessed a great increase in exchanges with other countries in the health care sector，reˉsulting in more and more international academic activities and cooperations in research projects.As for international coˉoperation of hospitals，we must link our work with the reform and opening up policy and hospital development by capiˉtalizing on our advantages，functions and characteristics，serving the overall work of the hospital in an all-round way.Key words international cooperation work hospital management
