【摘要】 目的 总结乳糜性心包积液的诊断、治疗经验。方法 回顾分析5例乳糜性心包积液患者临床资料，对计数资料进行分析。结果 本组患者1例采取保守治疗，其他4例均经手术治疗，所有5例术后随访2年无复发。结论 本病的诊断依赖心包积液的乳糜试验定性诊断和淋巴显像的定位诊断。治疗原则是防止心包填塞，减少复发，纠正营养不良及免疫低下。对于复发及内科治疗无效者应该尽早外科手术治疗，行胸导管结扎/切断和心包开窗术。
