【摘要】 目的 观察同型半胱氨酸对正常妊娠晚期孕妇血小板L-arg/NO系统的影响及意义。方法 选择正常妊娠晚期孕妇12例,采用放射性核素 3 H-L-arg标记法,分别测定正常妊娠晚期孕妇(对照组)及经同型半胱氨酸孵育过(Hcy组)的血小板内L-arg转运、NOS的活性,比色法测定血小板内NO含量。结果 经同型半胱氨酸孵育过的血小板L-arg转运为(3.70±0.72)pmol/108pt·min -1 ,正常妊娠晚期孕妇血小板L-arg转运为(5.82±1.35)pmol/108pt·min -1 (P<0.01);对照组在Ach刺激前后NOS活性、NO产量均较相应的Hcy组为高(P<0.05或P<0.01);在Ach刺激后Hcy组NOS活性、NO分别增加了7.03%及31.58%,而对照组分别增加了39.38%及46.15%,较Hcy组明显增多。结论 同型半胱氨酸影响血小板L-arg的转运,使NOS的活性降低,血小板内NO水平降低,同型半胱氨酸损伤血小板L-arg/NOS/NO系统。关键词 同型半胱氨酸 妊娠晚期 血小板 L-arg转运 NOS活性 NO
