【摘要】 目的 通过外伤性小脑出血的螺旋CT表现，进行临床的相关研究。方法 13例外伤性小脑出血均行头颅螺旋CT平扫证实，伤前均无脑部疾病及脑血管病史。结果 表明小脑外伤后出血的时间、部位、数量、脑室情况及脑干受压体征与临床症状、治疗关系以及预后是密切相关的。结论 认为螺旋CT扫描是早期确诊外伤性小脑出血的首选方法，动态观察头颅CT与预后是临床法医学鉴定小脑损伤严重程度的重要指征。
