【摘要】 目的 探讨胰岛素抵抗与血小板功能的关系。方法 筛选符合胰岛素抵抗标准的患者37例，同时选择35例正常个体作为对照，检测每一个体的血小板粘附率、聚集率。结果 胰岛素抵抗组患者血小板粘附率、聚集率均高于正常对照组，粘附率:(38.59±9.11)%VS(28.11±6.94)%，P<0.05;聚集率:(69.36±18.41)%VS(51.04±12.44)%，P<0.05。结论 本文结果提示胰岛素抵抗使血小板粘附、聚集功能增强。
