【摘要】 目的 探讨肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者肺功能改变及相关因素影响。方法 对22例ALS患者检测最大肺活量(VC AX)，时间肺活量(FVC)，第1s最大呼气量(FEV1)，呼气高峰流量(PEF)，同时进行临床状态综合评估(ALSFRS)。结果 对22例ALS患者VC MAX(%)、FVC(%)、FEV1(%)、PEF(%)均降低。病程与VC MAX(%)、FVC(%)、FEV1(%)、PEF(%)呈负相关;ALSFRS评分与VC MAX(%)、FVC(%)、FEV1(%)、PEF(%)呈正相关;延髓麻痹组VC MAX(%)、FVC(%)、FEV1(%)、PEF(%)各项肺功能指标均低于无延髓麻痹组，差异均有显著性。结论 ALS患者肺功能皆下降，肺功能改变与病程、延髓麻痹及ALSFRS评分有关，与年龄无关。
