【摘要】 目的 研究益妇宁软胶囊、莪术、哈蟆油对乳腺癌增殖抑制和诱导细胞凋亡的作用，并探讨其凋亡的机理。方法 用益妇宁、莪术、哈蟆油作用于克隆化高转移人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)，进行细胞增殖抑制实验、软琼脂集落形成试验，并通过DNA片断凝胶电泳法和TUNEL末端标记法检测细胞凋亡。结果 益妇宁软胶囊、莪术可明显降低细胞增殖能力并呈剂量依赖性，IC 50 为0.242μl/ml和0.201μl/ml，软琼脂集落形成率也显著降低(P<0.05和P<0.01);上述浓度的药物处理48h均使MCF-7细胞凋亡率显著升高(P<0.01)且有剂量依赖性，哈蟆油在试验浓度范围内对MCF-7细胞抑制作用与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 益妇宁软胶囊、莪术具有抗人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)细胞增殖作用，并有诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡的作用。
