【摘要】 目的 总结统计1373例胃镜资料，分析地区性上消化道疾病的构成，为临床工作提供参考数据和实用资料。方法 2003年4月～2004年4月期间，胃镜检查1373例，镜下治疗112例。结果 慢性胃炎72.5%，消化性溃疡22.3%，息肉及食管粘膜局灶性增生16.6%，肿瘤1.5%。Hp感染率76.3%。镜下手术治疗8.2%。结论 地区性上消化道疾病主要以慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、息肉、局灶性增生多见。
