【摘要】 目的 探讨脑卒中急性期施以亚低温治疗对卒中后抑郁发生率的影响。方法 按随机对照及最小不平衡指数原则将符合入组条件的98例患者分成对照组(n=49)和干预组(n=49)，干预组在患者入院时即施以亚低温治疗，其它常规治疗两组相同，于卒中后4周时使用HAMD抑郁量表进行测评。结果 对照组中27例有抑郁症状，抑郁发生率55.10%，其中轻型抑郁14例(28.57%)，中型抑郁10例(20.41%)，重型抑郁3例(6.12%);干预组中13例有抑郁症状，抑郁发生率26.53%，其中轻型抑郁8例(16.33%)，中型抑郁4例(8.16%)，重型抑郁1例(2.04%)，两组间比较，χ 2 =8.59，P<0.05，差异有显著性。结论 脑卒中急性期施以亚低温治疗可降低卒中后抑郁的发生率。
